Seneca FFA Members meet a long time goal
On our FFA officer retreat in July this past year we set several goals to achieve as an FFA this year, one of our goals being to have 50 due paying members in 2015-16. I am excited to announce we have met our goal and are excited to see the growth we have had throughout the years!
Fruit Sale Update
After much work we have come to our final fruit sale total for the 2015 fundraiser. We have sold $12,434 worth of products. There are 5 members this year who sold over $500 apiece. They are: Seth Harvat, Lexi Griffin, Andrew Wall, Nicole Manders, and Kilian Boland.  I would like to thank all members who sold and the many students, faculty and community members who purchased items. Items will be in the second week of December.
Members of the Month
FFA members of the month are selected by the FFA officer team and are chosen based on their work ethic, leadership, character, and overall involvement. Our September member of the month was Wyatt Bausch, Wyatt is new to FFA this year as a freshman and completely threw himself all in with dairy judging. He has been a top placing individual at contest as well as attended several events.
Our October member of the month was Austin Duha. Austin is a 4 year member this year and has always been as involved as work and time allowed. Spending several days in Louisville for National FFA convention this year was one of the many times Austin has shown his willingness to grow and be a leader in FFA.
The November member of the month Andrew Wall, was also recognized as an outstanding member last year. Andrew sold $1500 during the annual fruit fundraiser this year and works hard to meet the many demands of his growing customers.
