Business Classes Feature Christmas Foods from Around the World

The Freshmen Business class enjoyed a Christmas celebration from around the world on the last day before Christmas break.  Each group of students researched a traditional Christmas recipe from a different country. They found a recipe and researched the tradition that accompanied that recipe.  Students created posters that contained the recipe and information about the Christmas traditions surrounding the foods.  Countries included in the project were from all parts of the world including European, Asian and Mexican foods. All of the groups created the recipes for the last day of class before Christmas break.  Everyone had a chance to sample foods from around the world and went away from class that day with a full stomach and a new appreciation for other cultures during the Christmas season.
