Seneca Educational Foundation Donates a 3D Printer

New to Seneca's high school STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) program is designing and printing 3D models on their in house 3D Inventor Cloud printer. The printer was purchased via a generous donation from the Seneca Educational Foundation in December. Students in the STEM class have thus far designed and printed a name tag and Christmas ornament. Devin Wallin's 3D snowman is featured in the picture along with the 3D printer. In addition, students have designed a child's toy and a boat. Currently teachers are receiving additional training at CESA 3 in order to expand 3D printing into additional areas of the curriculum.
