The Seneca Area School District is seeking applicants for a paraprofessional, beginning with the 2021-22 school year. Prospective applicants should preferably have a high school diploma.
Primary responsibilities include working with special education students in a classroom setting, recess supervision, assisting with student interventions, and any other duties as assigned by school administration.
This is a school year position. Probationary wage is $13.78 per hour, increasing to $15.31 after the 90 day probationary period. Wage scale increases to $16.82 in two years. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, long term disability insurance, sick leave, personal leave, and District matching contributions to a retirement plan.
