KIDS READ NOW BOOK BRIDGE PROGRAM
Seneca School District is mailing books to keep kids reading!
The Seneca School District is partnering with The Kids Read Now Book Bridge Program to mail seven new books, one a week, to each Kindergarten - 4th grade student (20-21 school year) in the school district. Your child has already been enrolled, so there is no sign-up required. Kids Read Now Book Bridge Program is a nonprofit organization with a mission to eliminate the summer reading slide. These books include exciting multicultural, fiction, and nonfiction titles loved by children. Each book includes guided discussion questions to help improve reading skills and increase family engagement. The seventh book of beautifully illustrated creative writing prompts concludes the program so children can write their own stories. Best of all, kids keep their new books. Books in the home are an essential component of continued education. If you have any questions about this program, you can contact Janet Kilburg at jkilburg@seneca.k12.wi.us.
Parents of children enrolled in Kindergarten-4th grade might receive an email from Jackson Tucker to confirm their mailing address. He is a representative from this book company.
