Seneca School District

Food Pack for Kids 2023-2024 Application

Dear Parents and Guardians,

The Seneca Area School District recognizes that tough times and a struggling economy can take a toll on families. In collaboration with the Gays Mills Food Pantry and local donors; we would like to give your child or children an opportunity to enroll in the Food Pack Program.

Families that receive free or reduced lunch or have a specific need period may join the program at any time throughout the school year. Anyone with a need is encouraged to return this request form. We recognize that hunger is a physical need that can interfere with learning and our goal is to help.

Family names will remain confidential. The goal of the program is to supplement weekend meals, so a backpack would be packed with food items and sent home with your child each Friday.

One application per family.  A new application for each new school year is required.
