The Seneca Area School District is accepting applications for a Food Service Supervisor. The Food Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the district's food service operations.
Manages daily kitchen/cafeteria operations, supervises staff, ensures food safety & sanitation, handles inventory & ordering, creates/follows menus & production schedules, and ensures nutritional compliance with state/federal guidelines, acting as a key link between operations, staff, and district administration.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational experience is preferred, with a focus on nutrition education and food service management.
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent, such as a GED) and at least three years of relevant experience in food service.
The position is contracted for 198 days. The salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience. The additional summer lunch program is paid hourly. Benefits include health, life, long-term disability, and dental insurance, sick leave, personal time, and participation in the Wisconsin Retirement System.
