The HS Boys Basketball game tonight @ Ithaca has been canceled due to illness on the other team. It is rescheduled for Jan 24th as a Varsity only game. The team will practice tonight from 4:00-6:00pm.

4th-6th grade parents, there is no Driftless League practice tomorrow. Also, we are not sending any boys teams to Driftless League events this year, but we will continue to have skills practices on the scheduled practice dates.

The 7th and 8th grade science classes will be putting on a display of their Rube Goldberg Machines, Tuesday January 14 in the HS library. The classes would like to invite the community to attend the event. The 8th grade will display from 9:10 am - 9:50 am and 7th grade from 10:05 - 11:15 am. The machines, designed after the famous cartoons, will demonstrate the students' understanding of types of motion, transfer of power, and the mechanics of engineering.

Thanks to Dante's in Gays Mills for hosting this annual fundraiser! They have started some raffles for this event so stop in and check them out. All proceeds go to scholarships for North Crawford and Seneca schools. Last year they were able to give out (8) $500.00 scholarships to kids!!

Congratulations to Layla Olson and Grace Varo for being selected for Supervised Agricultural Experience Grant recipients!! Each of them filled out a national application detailing their projects and each were awarded $1000!! Layla Olson's SAE is Poultry Production and Grace Varo's is Natural Resources focused on creating wildlife habitat.
