A message from WI Department of Public Instruction: Economic Status and Food Services Eligibility Even if schools opted in for continued free meals and/or participation in the Seamless Summer Option (SSO), they should still obtain the most up-to-date economic information for their students. Gather economic status and food services eligibility data for the 2021-22 school year as soon as reasonably possible because the most current values are important for state reporting and Pandemic-EBT (P-EBT) benefits for students. If you have already filled out the free/reduced lunch forms, Thank you. If you have not and would like to see the link below or email/call Amy Oppriecht aoppriecht@seneca.k12.wi.us 608-734-3411 x150 for a form. DPI recommends families complete a form anytime a financial situation decreases. https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/review?uri=urn:aaid:scds:US:a5aa57e5-8328-438b-b234-d51072e546d7
